These terms govern your use of the Luona app, operated by Daniel Blazhevski (see the Imprint). By using Luona, you agree to them.
Luona analyzes conversations you upload — chat screenshots or pasted text — together with the answers you give, and returns texting guidance: a read of the other person's tone and interest, the red and green flags visible in the messages, and suggested replies.
Luona reads messages, not minds. Its output is an automated interpretation of one side of a conversation and can be wrong. It is not therapy, counselling, or professional advice of any kind, and no decode is a verdict on a real person. What someone does matters more than what any app says about their texts.
If a conversation involves threats, abuse or your safety, Luona will decline to suggest replies — and an app is the wrong tool for that moment. Talk to someone you trust, or to local support services or the police.
You must be 18 or older, and Luona is only for conversations between adults. Only upload conversations you are part of. Do not upload other people's conversations, and do not use Luona to harass, stalk, deceive or manipulate anyone — including pursuing someone who has asked you to stop contacting them.
As an alternative to paying, you can unlock full decodes for 30 days when three people install Luona through your invite link and complete a first decode. Attribution is counted on our servers. Self-referrals, duplicate installs from the same device, and automated or bought installs do not count, and we may withdraw an unlock obtained that way.
Some links to books earn us a commission if you buy. It costs you nothing extra and it never changes what we suggest. We do not sell the books and we are not responsible for retailers or their delivery.
Your conversations and answers stay yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the analysis and show you the result; uploads are discarded after analysis and never stored. You may delete your account, and everything attached to it, from inside the app at any time.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell or automate access to Luona, and do not upload anything unlawful. Suggested replies are suggestions: you choose what to send, and you are responsible for what you send.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, and then only for foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
We may change these terms or the app; if a change is material, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. You may stop using Luona at any time. We may suspend access for a serious breach of these terms.
German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
